"ANIMATIONS OF MORTALITY:" TERRY
GILLIAM'S NEW INTERACTIVE CD-ROM GAME
"Terry Gilliam is a mastermind of creative exploration -- a trait that perfectly matches Enteractive's publishing mission," said John Ramo, president and CEO of Enteractive, Inc. in the November 7 press release. "Our creative partnerships with artists and celebrities like Terry place Enteractive in a leadership position to make the convergence of the entertainment and multimedia industries a reality." Some Python fans may know of Terry's book, "Animations of Mortality," which humorously delves into the mind of a successful animator. The book features artwork and sketches from Terry Gilliam's animations, including works before and after his successful Monty Python animations. The "Animations of Mortality" CD-ROM will take adults of all ages through a Pythonesque maze to experience Gilliam's creative and off-beat world of animation. Users will experiment with different animation concepts, each imbued with Gilliam's distinctive flair. "Animation paints a different world for everyone -- it's an individual perspective," said Gilliam. "What better way to get into the quirky mind of an animator than through an interactive CD-ROM?"
